Nu har EU bildat ETMA - European Telecom Market Authority. Byrån har rätt att köra över nationella regler och har också rätt att SKILJA ÅT TJÄNSTER OCH NÄT.
Man blir riktigt förvånad över att man äntligen börjat fatta saker och ting inom EU ...
